Salt<br />Oil<br />2 Green Chillies<br />2 Onions, sliced<br />Salt, to taste<br />3 potatoes, boiled and mashed<br />Red Chilli Powder<br />Coriander Powder<br />Cumin Powder<br />Turmeric Powder<br />Garam Masala<br />1 tsp. Fennel Seed Powder<br />2 tsp. Curd<br />Dry Pomegranate Powder<br />Red Chilli Powder<br />Turmeric Powder<br />Garam Masala<br /><br />Method:-<br />1. Boil water in a wok and add the bitter gourd to it. Boil for 10 minutes and keep aside.<br />2. Sprinkle ½ tsp. Salt on it.<br />3. Heat oil in a pan and add green chillies, onions and salt. Cook until the onions are golden brown in colour.<br />4. Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and fennel seed powder to the mashed potatoes and mix well.<br />5. Squeeze out the water from the bitter gourd and stuff them with the spiced mashed potatoes.<br />6. Heat oil in a pan and cook the stuffed bitter gourd in it.<br />7. Then add the fried onions, curd and mix well.<br />8. Now add dry pomegranate powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala.
